Getting help
Most of it is Apple's doing rather than ours, which is good news: it means you already know where the controls are. Anything else, write to hello@beatline.app.
Ask a person
Write to hello@beatline.app. There is no ticket system and no bot. Tell us the device and the iOS version if something is not working, and roughly when it happened.
Restoring a purchase
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. This asks Apple what you own and unlocks it again. It works on a new phone, after reinstalling, and after a reset, as long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID that bought it.
There is no account to sign into, which is why restoring goes through Apple rather than through us. Nothing to remember, and nothing of yours for us to lose.
Cancelling
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not in the app. Settings inside Beatline links straight to the right screen, or go to the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and the lifetime unlock does not renew at all.
Refunds
Apple takes the payment, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue one on your behalf, but write to us anyway if something went wrong, because that is usually a bug we should fix.
Is this a medical product
No. Beatline is not a medical device and nothing in it is medical advice. The Science screen in the app states plainly what the research does and does not support, including where it does not support us. If sleep or anxiety is affecting your life, speak to a doctor rather than an app.
Listening safely
Do not use Beatline while driving or anywhere you need to hear what is around you. The volume limit is on by default and is worth leaving on, particularly overnight. The full guidance is in the terms.
